11TH INTERNATIONAL MARITIME CONGRESS

The registration form for the 11th edition of the International Maritime Congress, which will take place in Szczecin on 15-16 May 2025, is now available to all interested parties! 

After a one-year break, one of the most important events in the maritime industry in Poland and Europe is returning to Szczecin. On 15 and 16 May, representatives of the international maritime economy will meet in Szczecin. The International Maritime Congress will also be enriched by a special event that will take place as part of the Polish presidency of the European Union - the Informal Meeting of EU Ministers for Maritime Affairs.

Given that the 11th International Maritime Congress will be accompanied by the Informal Meeting of EU Ministers for Maritime Affairs - strict control and verification of the participants of the Event will be carried out. Each participant who purchases a ticket for the 11th International Maritime Congress is obliged to submit to and undergo verification by providing their personal data to the organizer and the Ministry of Infrastructure. The participant acknowledges that by purchasing an admission ticket, they unconditionally agree and authorize the Maritime Congress Foundation to provide the Ministry of Infrastructure with correspondence data (name, surname, phone number and e-mail address). They also unconditionally agree that the Ministry of Infrastructure will contact them by e-mail for the purpose of verification and compliance with security procedures. The participant also agrees and unconditionally accepts that his/her entry to the 11th International Maritime Congress is subject to positive security verification by the Ministry of Infrastructure. Failure to obtain positive verification is not grounds for requesting a refund of the entry ticket price.

Each participant of the 11th International Maritime Congress will receive a dedicated link from the Ministry of Infrastructure to the e-mail address provided during registration a few days before the event. Completing the verification and security process is mandatory for each participant. We kindly ask all participants to arrive at the event in advance due to the security check. Please bring a valid document confirming your identity.
