Speakers:

Ben Goertzel - co-founder, CEO and Chief Scientist of SingularityNET, and has held positions as Chief Scientist of Hanson Robotics, Chairman of the Artificial General Intelligence Society and OpenCog Foundation, Vice Chairman of Humanity+, and Advisor to the Singularity University and Singularity Institute. Ben's research encompasses artificial general intelligence, natural language processing, cognitive science, machine learning, and bioinformatics, and Ben has published a dozen scientific books and a 100+ technical papers.

Andrzej Rusewicz - one of the co-owners and board members of BlueRider.Software. He brings the wealth of international experience. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Ph.D. in Mathematics. Following his graduation, he joined the faculty of Hampden-Sydney College, Virginia, where he taught mathematics and computer science for 9 years. In the year 2000, he left academia and started a new career as a software engineer developing video games in Silicon Valley. Among them were 3DO and Electronic Arts. AT EA he worked as a tech lead on the Sims 2 and 6 expansion packs.
He then decided to move to "more serious" software development and joined Microsoft in Dublin, Ireland. There he led a development team working on, among other projects, the foundations of Windows Azure.
In 2010 he moved back to his native Poland to become a site lead of Microsoft R&D center in Wrocław.

Cassio Pennachin - Cassio brings more than 20 years of enterprise AI development experience, including 2 years directing SingularityNET's AI R&D division, and has formerly held roles as Chief Technology Officer at Aidyia Limited, Chief Software Architect of the Novamente Cognition Engine, and VP of AI Development at Webmind. Cassio also founded Igenesis, a Brazilian consulting and R&D firm, which has been retained by Google, UOL, BuscaPe, Nokia Siemens Network, as well as a number of Brazilian and US startups. Cassio's research spans artificial intelligence, data science, and computational finance.

Matt Ikle - Matt earned his B.A. in Mathematics at Reed College in 1982 with the thesis "Collisions and Collapse: Qualitative Results for the n-Body Problem", his M.A. in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1989, and his Ph.D. in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1993 with the thesis Exact Solutions to a Discrete Velocity Model for Coagulation-Fragmentation. Matt has investigated and characterized the mathematical dynamics of a cutting-edge, massively distributed AI system. He also performed simulations and created mathematical models of numerous system aspects, including main activation dynamics, scheduling systems, attention brokering, link strength normalization, and inhibitory stimuli.

Bill Inman - Bill has decades of experience as an entrepreneur, founder and executive at multiple companies growing from the idea stage to tens of millions in revenue, with one reaching over $3 billion. He is a blockchain patent holder and experienced in emerging technology, working with AI, PaaS, blockchain, and cloud companies.
