➡️ If you haven't heard of us yet in Tricity, we are an IT company from Krakow. Our team works all over Poland, also in Tricity. That's why we thought it's the best chance to talk to you about opportunities, new roles in Codete, or plans. 💻

🎤 Aga Księżyk - Bridging the Gap Between Devs and Business 🎤 How to talk with businesses to find understanding and common ground to solve everyday problems? Or in other words, how to stop being afraid to talk about refactoring, risks, and complexity? 

🎤 Juha-Matti Santala - Contemporary Documentation- practical tips for your daily work 🎤 Teams change often. People leave and people join. In addition to those changes, we tend to forget what we were thinking. That's why it's a good practice to document those thoughts, discussions, and decisions into a format that doesn't lose them. In this talk, I explore ways to use tools and processes you might be familiar with - version control and project management tools - to help you document the motivation, thoughts, and intents behind changes when they happen. You'll get practical tips, that you can take back to your work the next day.

🐚 Bartosz Szewczyk - Frontend developer with a passion for simple solutions to non-trivial problems. Lover of improving work tools and reading other people's code. Privately a runner and tap dancer. After hours, he creates simple 2D games using the Unity engine. 

🐚 Aga Księżyk - Product Manager with 7 years of experience in the industry. Started in a UX company and was working as a project manager and project owner. Now she helps companies build products that fly. 

🐚 Juha-Matti Santala - Juhis is a developer community builder, web developer, and programming teacher from Helsinki, Finland. When he's on a computer, he works on all parts of the stack from the backend to the frontend. When he's not on a computer, he's passionate about making tech a welcoming industry for everyone.
