The hosts - Andrew Hallam, General Secretary at ASPIRE and Robert Godziszewski, Adaptive GPO Expert will discuss this topic with the leading GBS practitioners: Evert Jan Muller - Director Global Finance Business Process Management, Heineken International B.V., Peter Mitchell - Head of Global Business Services at ABB Cracow (ASPIRE member) and Arkadiusz Gostkowski - Manager, Product Master data, Global domain ownerat Coloplast Business Centre will present their insights on how to avoid some pitfalls during introduction of the GPO function in your organization and discuss various practices on how to make this role more effective.
