Sven Eriksson, born in Sweden, speaks Swedish, Japanese, English and some German and Russian.
Took a Master of Science in Physics Engineering at Lund University, a Master of Science in Electronics at Tokyo University, and an MBA at Warwick Business School.
He worked at Telia (a Swedish Telecom operator), Eurotherm (a British process control manufacturer) in Japan and Ericsson (a Swedish Telecom manufacturer) also in Japan.
Sven has worked in Europe-Japan relations since the 1970s. He has spent his whole career in the ICT sector and has written market reports and books about ICT, IoT, 6G, Electronic Sector, AI, Cloud and Big Data. He has also written about Expat life and business in Japan. His non-academic presentations focus on practical experience from over 40 years of business experience in Japan.
