PLUGinWRO: Women in Tech: political correctness or real benefits?
12 Marca 2018, 18:00-20:00 (Poniedziałek)
BARBARA: infopunkt / kawiarnia / kultura, Wrocław Zobacz na mapie

Skeptics emphasize that women are less productive and their biological role makes them a risky investment for the company. On the other hand, there are analyzes based on objective numbers indicating benefits for enterprises that practice diversity in the workplace.
On March 12th we want to investigate those practices and find recommendations for actions that affect the profitability and development of companies. Our experts will be discussing universal solutions to be implemented in enterprises at any level - from startups to larger companies. Wewill try to figure out if changes require creating custom made strategies, or maybe there are ideas that can be applied without major preparations.
Our main goal? To make sure that the attendees will leave the meeting with solutions ready to be used in their organizations.
