We invite you for the fully practical open day during which you will learn about daily programming stuff such as Code Review, GIT, which programming language will get you a job, and how to have 25 years of experience at the age of 23. Sollers' experts, who as same as you, were at the beginning of their careers, now they are happy to share their knowledge and experience.

9:30 - 10:30 -Experienced junior - a paradox or realistic wish for IT companies?

You will learn during this lecture how to have 20 years of professional experience at the age of 20. The speaker (an experienced developer) is going to answer the following questions:

• How to prepare appropriately for a recruitment interview?

Obviously, there is more than one correct answer and more than Java one technology. 😉 We will shortly go over different concepts for programming languages, their features, and usage. We'll also talk about Guidewire and confront opinions of the Gosu language with reality.
