A founder should be hungry. Hungry for success. These are the words of one VC investor who explained why a founder's salary cannot be low. At the same time, salary is the biggest cash burn in startups and scale-ups. So, how can we configure a salary model for founders who often subordinate their entire lives to running the company? We will discuss this during the first #GlobalSession organized by Product dots.

Christoph Janz, a partner at Berlin's Point Nine - a fund that has invested in companies such as Clio, Loom, Typeform, Zendesk, and DocPlanner - will be a guest of Product dots. The conversation will be moderated by Tomasz Karwatka, co-creator of Divante, Vue Storefront, and currently a serial investor as part of Catch the Tornado.
