It's great to see you here! 🥳 We prepared a handful of useful and important information about soap! 2024. Please read it carefully. 

Registration to in-person events starts on February 1 and ends on May 31, 2024. 

In-person events are:

  • soap! conference (6-7 June) 
  • soap! workshops (5 June)

Important information about soap! conference

  • the sooner you get your ticket, the better - prices grow with time
  • the number of early bird tickets is limited is limited to 30, first come, first serve
  • the above limitation doesn't apply to any other ticket type

Your soap! conference ticket includes:

  • entry to the soap! conference (6-7 June)
  • access to all Manggha exhibitions (6-7 June)
  • option to register for soap! workshops (5 June)
  • lunch, beverages, and snacks (lunch is not served during soap! workshops)
  • invitation to soap! after parties
  • access to all talk recordings on our YouTube channel
  • access to our Slack community

Important information about soap! workshops

  • registration to soap! workshops starts once we will have had a chance to review workshop proposals and finalize details we need to announce them
  • separate registration and purchase of tickets is required for each workshop
  • the fee for soap! workshops is nominal, 20 EUR per workshop per person
  • the best place to get information about when registration for soap! workshops start is our slack channel
  • you can attend soap! workshops only in person, we offer no virtual workshops
Payment and invoices
  • all prices include 23% VAT and processing fees
  • ticket prices are published in PLN and EUR but the payment is completed in PLN
  • prices in PLN are fixed, prices in EUR change daily based on the current exchange rate
  • you can change the currency on the ticket selection page in the top right corner of the page
  • available payment methods are visible on our Evenea registration page 
  • if you need an invoice, make sure to provide your company details during the purchasing process, before you finalize the payment, by selecting the option
  • once you finalize the payment, you get an email with you'll be able to download the invoice after payment is completed
  • if you need a pro-forma invoice, fill in the order including your company details but don't proceed with the payment; a pro-forma is automatically generated for you. If you don't see it in Evenea, contact Gosia for help at [email protected]

Cancellation policy

  • you can cancel your registration to both soap! workshops and conference by contacting conference organizers via email at [email protected]. 
  • you will get a full refund if you request it not later than on May 15, 2024
  • starting on May 16, 2024 no refunds are available
