Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) is Scrum Done Right

Is your team taking a Scrum-based approach? Then very likely you're really doing something a lot closer to Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) without realizing it. In this presentation we'll explore the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) portion of PMI's Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit. We'll see how it extends Scrum to address the issues that Scrum leaves up to you. We'll also learn how to tailor your WoW so that you have a fit-for-purpose approach. Scrum makes promises, DA fulfills them.
