Piotr has over 10 years of experience in SSC environment. Currently, he is in the role of Leader of Franke SSC, managing all financial and project streams,and is in charge of budgeting and forecasting. He is also responsible for the entire organization in terms of Operation, HR and Admin. Piotr is interested in reporting and controlling area, and developed financial controlling processes in the organization. He is a great supporter of LEAN initiatives and process improvement projects.

An expert in F&A and Internal Audit with experience in Project Management, LEAN Management, and Improvements Implementation including creation of tailor maid training. She holds over 16 years of experience in BPO, SSC and GBS sectors.
