To mark National Day of Combating Depression, Codete invites you to an online training course: Resilience building and stress release, hosted on 馃搮 23.02 at 4 pm by our expert Beata Krokowska.
Besides theory, our expert will show you a few techniques:
- practical exercises: grounding in a sitting position and breathing exercises
- lowering the level of activation and tension
- making friends with our nervous system - polyvagal theory in practice
Meet our expert:
馃攳Beata Krokowska - psychologist, TRE (Tension / Trauma Release Exercises) Provider, Brainspotting Practitioner, breath work, yoga, BODYART instructor, social skills trainer.
She loves to work with people and write (her articles were published in Charaktery and Sens magazines). She conducts individual sessions as well as groups and workshops. She also has a business background, as she worked for 8 years in multinational companies, so she understands the business environment and challenges that business people face.
