Paul has been involved in the IT industry for more than 25 years and has a broad background in IT operations, IT management and product innovation and development. He was project team lead in the original BITE (Business & IT Excellence) process modeling of ITIL, an ITIL V2 author and member of the ITIL V3 advisory group. He is co-owner of GamingWorks and co-developer of a range of business simulations focusing on IT Service management, Project management, Business Process management, Business and IT alignment, Alliance management and co-author and developer of the ABC of ICT products and publications.

As Head of Engineering at DNA Poland he is responsible for building the organization enabling startups and bigger companies to build digital products and pursuit digital transformations. As DevOps and Agile Lead at Conlea he is responsible for the aforementioned areas helping its clients to build companies reacting to changes faster and more accurately. Tomasz specializes in building high-performing organizations, leading transformations and nurturing organisational culture based on Agile and DevOps. He speaks at international conferences (i.e. Agile Cambridge, DevOpsDays, Agile Management Congress, Agile Lean Europe) and is an author of articles at InfoQ.
Ike is a well-known authority in the IT Trainings Industry. For the last 13 year, Ike has been responsible for building ITpreneurs partner network by advising training organizations globally in adopting, positioning and market new learning solutions and portfolios. As one of the Founding members of DASA DevOps, ITpreneurs has played a role in DASA from day one in the development of the DASA DevOps learning solutions and have since then have successfully egaged in many DevOps projects. Ike and his team are actively working with more than 150+ training organizations and corporations globally working on creating high-performance DevOps teams. Before joining ITpreneurs Ike has worked in various business development roles for IBM, BT Global Services and ATOS Origin.
