Dr Magda Lilia CHELLY bio: Dr. Magda Lilia Chelly is an internationally recognized cybersecurity leader with executive experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She currently serves as IT Security Director at Euroclear, where she leads cybersecurity risk management initiatives and drives the integration of cyber, technology, and operational risk into the enterprise risk framework. With a strong background in cyber resilience, risk governance, and strategic security transformation, Dr. Chelly advised across the years organizations on building scalable, business aligned security capabilities in highly regulated environments. Alongside her corporate role, she is deeply engaged in advancing the cybersecurity profession

Marcin MIKODA bio: Marcin Mikoda is a senior technology risk and cybersecurity leader with extensive experience across global financial institutions. Currently Head of Technology Controls Management at Euroclear, he leads teams designing and operating technology control frameworks, aligning regulatory requirements, cybersecurity threats, and operational risk controls. Previously, he held senior control testing and cybersecurity leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC, building and executing threat led and controls assurance capabilities across critical IT environments. Marcin spent half of his career as security engineer in security consulting and cybersecurity operations which allows him combine deep technical expertise with strong governance and regulatory insight.
