Being familiar with these trends of development, they are often willing to incorporate in company's ways of working. But how do you tell whether introducing Scrum in a development team is actually reasonable and beneficial? Using an example from one of my projects, I will explain what building blocks this rollout consisted of, what challenges we faced along the way, and what still needs to be done - without which all the previous work could end up being wasted.
