In today's world, the terms Scrum and Agile are familiar to everyone working in IT, and also - to managers in companies where IT processes are in place. Being familiar with these trends of development, they are often willing to incorporate in company's ways of working. But how do you tell whether introducing Scrum in a development team is actually reasonable and beneficial? Using an example from one of my projects, I will explain what building blocks this rollout consisted of, what challenges we faced along the way, and what still needs to be done - without which all the previous work could end up being wasted.
